2017/2018 Results and Admission List Updates for Unilag Postgraduate Candidates

Christmas is Six days away and the New year 12 days away so where is Unilag Postgraduate results or admission list for 2017/2018?
So many pg applicant who wrote the pg exams are very worried...

why no results yet?

where is the admission list?

what is delaying the results?

is there some cutting corners going on?

Hope no admission scams is going on underground?

so many fuss
so many notice me scams.

My online class is even worst.
I read the chats and laugh
Too much drama.

Am happy, results and admission list will be released together this time
I hope all these loud mouths will be bold enough to show their scores.

Because from my experience - they don't even score up to 30.
They always make the loudest noise

Unilag Google, are you saying they should not ask for their Unilag Postgraduate results for 2017/2018?

No that is not what am saying...

You asked once and you were told results will be out in Dec/Jan and December is not yet over you are throwing tantrums already

while those that scored 70 and above has even forgotten they wrote any exams.

SO WHY THE DELAY?

Unilag does not released her Postgraduate results to the public when they are not ready to attend to the public. Hence, though within 3 weeks after exams results were ready, they still had to make sure all the loose ends are tied, and the staffs are ready for the influx of students coming with one issue or the other.

The logistics has to be on point.

Unilag is one school with one of the largest admission intakes for all programs because of her strategic location couple with tons of programs going on concurrently.

there is Under graduate admisision
there is DLI courses
there is DIPLOMA courses
there is PART TIME COURSES
There is Remedial courses
there is short certificate courses
there is sandwich courses
there is masters courses

so its normal for the school management to plan their activities and follow their calendar strictly.

Unilag Calendar

If you follow my post, you will find i have always told you that Unilag admissions and results are in December/January. We already have that data.

let me take us down memory lane, maybe that will help us alot better.

1. In 2016,
results were released  December 2nd and admission list Jan 2nd/3rd

2. In 2015,
results and admission list came Dec 31st by 11pm exactly ( while people were in church celebrating watch night service)

3. In 2014,
results came December 22nd and admission came Jan 3rd

4. In 2013,
results and admission came December 22nd

5. In 2012,
results and admission came December 30th

so from trend analysis, what has Unilag done wrong?

following her calender?

If we have less than 12 days to New year, that means at most your result will be released in 12 days time. The extra delay factors this year is the strikes by ASUU and NASSU

BUT IF YOU CANT WAIT

I sent out various letters and information that if you cant wait till the Unilag Postgraduate results 2017/2018 its offically out, you can do yourself a favor and go check the result in the department.

Many people took my advise and have seen their scores and already know their status.

Many lazy ones still want me to do the checking for them.
Reason: Beacuse they bought PQ from me, I just ignored them.

They dont need it, when they do, they know the road to Akoka.

Please I advise everyone to go about and enjoy their xmas and prepare for school.
Like I told my online class students, you wont appreciate this break Unilag is giving you now, when you resume the way they will rush you, you will be begging for 6 hours break and you wont get any. Remember your first semester exams is by March/April

please quote me on that, you will remember I told you so.

Take care.

UNILAG PG ADMISSIONS: These 25 Certificates gives 10mks each...

Since the 2017,  Msc forms came out there has being load of information tailored towards that direction.
The aim is to help users resolve the problems.

There are recent challenges on   how to make  payment of the application fees via Remita or online.
this i have covered indepth in a previous post.

we all know that not all courses are available and also you need to be careful the course you chose as this is a critical decision.

Here are some certifications or membership that will give you 10 marks for free.

These are the only certificates unilag gives marks for when you have them.
others is not too certain about the marks.

But i still advise upload them if they are related to your discipline.

e.g MIT and computer science please upload any certificte that has to do with OCA, OCP, CCNA, CCNP
etc

These are related and can be useful in additional marks.

Now, here they are:

ACA - Associate Chartered Accountant
ACCA - Association of Chartered Certified Accountants
ACIS - Association of Certified Institute of Shipping of Nigeria
ACPA - Chartered Institute of Local Government and Public Administration of Nigeria
AIMN - Association of Industrial Microbiologists of Nigeria(AIMN)
ANAN - Association of National Accountants of Nigeria
ANNS
BARRISTER AT LAW
BL - Bachelor of Law
BPHARM - Bachelor of Pharmacy
CIBN - Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria
CIPM - Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria
CITN - CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF TAXATION OF NIGERIA,
COREN - Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria
ICMA-  Institute of Cost and Management Accountants
LLB - Bachelor of Laws
MNIQS - Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors
MNSE - Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers
NIA - Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA)
NIGERIA LAW SCHOOL
NIGERIA INSTITUTE OF TOWN PLANNING
NIM -  Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM)
NIOB - Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB)
CORBON - Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria

Seems, ICT is still very new in this country as their certifications and institutes are all foreign and not even one mentioned.

we have a long way to go in this country.

anyway as i always advise use your sense -- upload anything you have, who knows it might count for you.
when I say anything, i mean certifications, not training you did somewhere.

I learnt a TOP blogger in the Unilag space is copying my content to post on his blog.
its a shame, people dont want to work hard anymore., no ideas, no creativity. They just want to plagiarize others content.

No wonder people dont take bloggers serious. They seems more like scams and lazy bones with zero creativity.  Nigerian Bloggers are copy and paste bloggers.

Please run from such.

Anyway enjoy!
