Job Title: Facilities & Support Services Project Analyst
Department: Finance
Location: Lagos
Job Description:
•Collate quarterly deliverables, track and report budget , prepare OPEX accruals schedule and trend analysis
•Review of all Facilities & Support Services requisitions to ensure compliance with proper classification, authorization and procurement requirements
•Liaise with Facilities units to ascertain job completion status for open purchase order management
•Prepare an OPEX cost model per location for budget analysis and control
•Process and track of utility bills for payment
•Carry out weekly/monthly review of Facilities & Support Services OPEX transactions in the general ledger to ensure proper classification into appropriate cost centres and account
•Identify and investigate major overspend areas and liaise with Finance Operations in reviewing activities leading to over/under spend
•Generate monthly OPEX variance report and track movements of OPEX transactions
Job Conditions: Normal MTNN Standard working conditions
Reporting To: Senior Manager-Facilities Services
Required Skills:
•At least 4 years experience
•Experience in data management/management information reporting will be an added advantage
Employment Status : Permanent
Qualification:
First degree or equivalent in social sciences preferably in a Finance-related discipline from a reputable institution A professional qualification in a Finance-related discipline
