The role is responsible for effectively supervising staff and running the outlet at a profit.

Responsibilities: 

• Organise and supervise all the daily activities of the outlet;
• Oversee the inventory of the outlet and accordingly place replenishment orders;
• Maintain control policies and procedures within the outlet;
• Strategize and plan the achievement of the organisational goals and objectives;
• Plan together with the business operations manager events and promotional campaigns for boosting sales;
• Evaluate and survey the market and incorporate new ideas and plans into the outlet;
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to outlet staff;
• Manage, coach and motivate staff to increase sales and ensure efficiency;
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining customer service standards;
• Prepare and manage outlet budgets; 
• Sell to customers;
• Dress mannequin;
• Respond to customer complaint and comments promptly;
• Analyse and interpreting trends to facilitate planning;
• Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives, and monitoring what competitors are doing;
• Report sales of slow moving inventory to the business operations manager and together with the team (other outlet managers) develop appropriate sales strategy to reduce inventory;
• Initiating changes to improve the business, e.g. revising opening hours to ensure the outlet can compete effectively in its environment.

Educational Requirements & Experience: 

• Graduate degree in Sales or related field;
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a retail industry;
• Experience leading teams with honesty and integrity in a fast paced service environment;
• Demonstrated clear ability in sales development and managing for profit.
