General Instructions
The following categories of candidates are eligible to fill the form :
Candidates who have chosen University of Ibadan as first or second most preferred institution during the 2012 UTME Application Exercise.
Candidates who scored a minimum of 200 at the 2012 UTME examination.
Candidates who shall be at least sixteen years old by October 2012.
Ensure you are eligible before paying at the bank. No refund will be made for any payment made in error.
All payments must be made in the names of the candidate.
Purchase of Access Code
Candidates are to PAY a sum of two thousand naira (N2000) into U.I Admission Processing Fee Account (See the list below) at any of the branches of the following approved banks, nearest to you.
BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS
First Bank of Nigeria Plc (Acct. No.2018156959 )
Mainstreet Bank Plc (Acct. No.6000085286 )
The teller should have full names of the candidate (SURNAME first) as in the UTME result slip preceded by the JAMB Registration number,as the payee.
Name and JAMB Registration Number should be quoted in the depositor's name at the point of payment (in the Bank. The following format could be adopted:
JAMBregno/names
e.g 93145667FE/ABUBAKAR, TAIWO EJIKE

The online forms should be carefully filled following ALL necessary instructions, as mistake(s) may lead to disqualification.

PAGE TWO: O LEVEL DETAILS
Candidates who are expecting the release of their 2012 'O' level results CAN participate in the 2012/2013 Admissions Exercise by indicating their "Awaiting Result" status appropriately ONLINE.Such results must be uploaded immediately they are released. SSCE (or equivalent) results released after 31 August, 2012 will not be considered for the 2012/2013 Admissions Exercise.
Ensure correct and adequate information is provided.
