i. Ph.D. degree in relevant area of specialization
ii. Must have a minimum of 22 Scientific Publications (15 of which should be in reputed
journals and the remaining 7 as Conference/Seminar papers ).
iii. Sound academic leadership for a substantial part of post-qualification period.
iv. Evidence of PG student supervision..
v. Community Services and Administrative duties.
vi. 12 years experience in teaching and research in a similar institution.
(b) Salary: CONUASS 07 (N2,936,121- N3,859,078) Per Annum.
(2). Position: READER
a). Qualifications:-
i. Ph.D. degree in relevant area of specialization
ii. Must have a minimum of 15 Scientific publications (10 of which should be in reputed journals and the remaining 5 as Conference/Seminar papers).
iii. Sound academic leadership tor a substantial part of post-qualification period.
iv. Evidence of Postgraduate student supervision.
v. Community services and Administrative duties.
vi. 9 years experience in teaching and research in a similar institution
(b). Salary: CONUASS 06 (N2,456,947.7 - N3,263,186) Per Annum.
3. POSITION - SENIOR LECTURER
a). Qualifications:-
(i). Ph.D. degree in relevant area of specialization
(ii) Must have a minimum of 15 Scientific publications (10 of which should
(iii) Must have a minimum of 11 Scientific publications (6 of which should be in reputed
journals and the remaining 5 as Conference/Seminar papers).

Central receipt and processing of orders for MTN products from MTN trade partners and connect stores nationwide
- Receive orders from trade partners promptly and courteously via phone, e-mail, fax etc
- Process order requests on IFS in accordance with stock availability and PPPs
- Administer product allocation/products mix
- Administration of all MTN Trade Partners physical and logical orders
- Reporting to and reconciliation of all transactions passing through the planning system
- Providing solution to all Trade Partners issues via e mail and telephone to enhance customer support /performance.
- Manage all Trade Partners account and ensure that they reflect the true position of their relationship with the organization.
- Coordinates and advises Regional and Central Warehouse Inventory as it affects order processing for trade partners.
- Process Blacklisting request from Trade Partners
- Blacklisting of Recharge cards reported stolen by the Trade Partners on PPMS (Prepaid Management System) self help solution
- Preparation of compensation on Blacklisted cards based on the reports generated from the Blacklisting process/report.
- Generate reports on compensation due to Blacklisted cards for Trade Partners
- Provide first line resolution of queries and enquiries from trade partners and connect stores nationwide
- Resolve enquiries from trade partners promptly and escalating where necessary
- Receive enquiries from trade partners promptly and courteously via phone, e-mail, fax etc
- Liaise with various Departments such as IS, Inventory, Consumer Sales, to promote and resolve ordering issues
- Provide back office support for Regional and Consumer sales in trade partner account management
- Provide solution to enquiries referred from trade partners through Regional Sales managers/DAEs ed
- Support and operationalize strategy adopted for achieving departmental targets-Generate reports to the business in the area of operations to enable quick decision making
- Liaise With Distributors Account Managers on processes required in setting up a Distributor as partner with MTN
Job Conditions:
Standard MTN working conditions. May work extended hours

Required Skills:
- 4 years working experience in a commercial environment including:
- Minimum of two years experience in a similar role
Employment Status: Permanent
Qualification:
- First degree or equivalent in a business related discipline. Call center experience
