1. BSC in IRPM, Business Admin, Political Science, Sociology, Economics, Psychology or related courses
2. Min of 2:2


FOR MILR
1. holders of Bsc in any discipline
2. 2 years Min experience in industrial relations and personnel management

FOR MELS
(i) Holders of a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management, Sociology, Psychology, Political Science, Business Administration or Economics; or

(ii) Evidence of previous training in the relevant field will be an advantage.
