Madonna University Starts 2012/2013 Post-UTME/Admission Process


Madonna University, the first private University in Nigeria and the first Catholic University in Nigeria, has begun her process for admission into the 2012/2013 academic process.

The school which boasts of 2 fully equiped campuses in Okija (For arts inclined students) and Elele (For Science, engineering and medically inclined students) will require the following conditions for students to be successfully admitted;

- A minimum Jamb Cut-off of 180
- A credit pass in 5 Relevant O'level Subjects required for the course of study.

Candidates who have met the requirements above are to report to the campus of their course as soon as they are prepared to write the exam, even on the same day. No specific deadline has been fixed for closing this admission application process.

UNILAG announces its admission forms sales for 2012/2013 session.

The School of Postgraduate Studies, University of Lagos invites applications from suitably qualified candidates from recognized institutions for admission into Full-Time, Part-Time and Sandwich Postgraduate programmes of the University leading to the award of Postgraduate Diplomas, Masters Degrees by Coursework, Professional Master Degrees, Master of Philosophy Degrees and Doctor of Philosophy Degrees in the 2012/2013 Session.

The Sale of Application Forms will commence on Friday, April 27, 2012 and close on Friday, June 8, 2012.

Unilag has extended the PG submission dates.
Completed application forms are to be submitted online not later than Friday, June 22, 2012. Hard copies of the Application Forms with Credentials are to be submitted in the respective Departments.

(Failure to comply with specified image format may lead to disqualification.)

Click “SUBMIT FORM” button if the information is correct, else, click DECLINE button.  After submission, applicants will be required to print the completed Application Form and Acknowledgement Slip.  This will be required for submission before entrance examination.

Candidates are required to LAMINATE their Acknowledgment Slip after printing.

JAMB To Publish 2012/2013 Official Admission Cut-Off Marks on May 21st


The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has re-emphasized her readiness to make the official cut-off marks of various monotechnics and polytechnics nationwide.

Speaking on the issue on Thursday in Abuja, the JAMB boss, Prof. Dibu Ojerinde, revealed that the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board has set May 21st date she will openly broadcast the admission cut-off marks for universities, polytechnics and colleges of educations.

He also hoped that a harmonized cut-off point would kick start admission process for 2012/2013 across the nations institutions of learning.

Candidates who scored lower than the cut-off marks of their various choice of institutions still have an opportunity to switch to schools/courses with lower score requirements. This changes in courses or schools or both will end on the 27th day of April, 2012.
