Job summary
Our client a major in the oil and gas industry require an Offloading Buoy System Leader to work residentially on their project based in Lagos, Nigeria, long term contract. Candidates wishing to apply for this role will be responsible for assisting the UFR Package Manager in the clear definition of the contract exhibits and in particular the Scope of Work
Main Job Responsibilities:
* During FEED and together with Engineering Managers, ensure design consistency and continuity throughout the Buoy facilities interfaces (with FPSO package offloading system, OOL system, offshore installation, FPSO communications)
* Ensure that the FEED Contractors implement the required specifications and specific requirements to have a comprehensive Basic design studies for the project Offlloading Buoy. At a later stage, the activities will be expanded to the coordination of the EPC Contractors activities regarding the delivery of the Buoy package. The position will be responsible for delivery of the Buoy to the required specification.
* Ensure that HSE requirements are systematically considered all along the design process and in particular that HAZID/HAZOP/PTR project audits results are all well integrated into the buoy design dossier
* Attend major interface meetings, internal and external with FEED Contractors, Packages Contractors, Vendors, client specialists, Partner’s experts, etc. Ensuring all interfaces aspects are well cascaded into the Buoy design dossier.
* Assist the Package Managers at all project phases with reporting, meetings organisation and attendance with tenderers and/or local authorities, project schedule follow-up. Also ensuring of all project technical correspondences are duly answered.
Skills/Qualifications:
* MSc in engineering that relates to the oil & gas industry at large and preferably to Petroleum industry activities (such as Mechanical Engineering, Wells & Drilling Engineering, Civil Engineering, Ocean & Subsea Engineering, preferred) ; certified copy of diploma with grade shall be requested
* Ideally the candidate will be also a chartered Engineer (such as CEng MICE)
* 5 to 10 years experience in the industry (although preferably with practice of Oil & Gas industry for offshore works) as project engineer with responsibilities including small team management and construction / fabrication site experience
* knowledge of international design codes / standards. Excellent English verbal and written skills are requested.

Job summary
Senior Pipeline Engineer required by our client to join their project based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, residential based, 12 month contract. Successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that scope of work is fulfilled within ALL the pipeline engineering design disciplines.
Main Job Responsibilities:
* Ensures that FEED is updated as required by the contractor.
* Reviews and makes comments on, as leader, all contractor’s design deliverables in due time, in particular ensuring that discipline engineers implement pipeline design codes and adhere to pipeline concepts.
* Anticipates problems within the design disciplines and informs OUR Pipeline Engineering Coordinator.
* Ensure in compliance and sustainable responses to contractor’s Technical Queries and Technical Deviation Requests.
* Liaises with other disciplines to ensure consistency of the work. Coordinates with Operations to ensure compliance of the works with other TEPNG stakeholders.
* Makes occasional Site visits to check contractor pipeline routings and follows contractor site surveys.
* Reviews and analyzes planning updates including critical path for discipline related activities; reviews and approves progress for discipline related activities, and coordinates with Project planning engineer.
* Ensures that OUR Pipeline deliverables are in conformity with development on OML58 Upgrade as far as possible and assist interface coordinator in that matter.
Experienced Required:
* 15 years APPLICABLE experience in carrying out Pipeline Engineering & Design activities on basic and detailed engineering projects.
* Previous work with Oil & Gas EPC contractor or operator.
* Fluent in English language.
* Leadership experience.
